  The Manager there talks down to woman but wont do the same when approached by a man (East indian) Just saying . I asked him to make another pizza and make new wings because of the above reason . He said I was looking for free food . I am the last person in the world that expects anything for free. But I surely expect to get what I paid for.

  Person who picked a call was so rude. He was charging more for just replacing the topping. Customer Service was better before .

  In my opinion, this is the BEST PIZZA place in town. I am a regular customer of this Pizza Hut and have ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED with their food and service. The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. The taste of pizza is completely unique - may be bcoz of their fresh dough and quality ingredients. Whenever we have a get-together party, all of my friends and family members love to celebrate with yummy pizzas and wings from here.

  As we order from here so often, I know they are very prompt in addressing a genuine issue even bearing an extra cost to satisfy their customers completely. But of course when someone tries to trick them repeatedly, they have to discourage it sometimes to avoid that becoming a wrong practice, which I also believe is absolutely fair.

  We have yet not been let down on quality of food or customer service or delivery time. WE JUST LOVE THIS PLACE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE..

  If any of you people at Pizza Hut are reading this . It costs 6-7 times more to get new a customer than it does to maintain one. And in a town with the population of 11,000 people customer relationships should be paramount.

  Horrible customer service especially the manager. Got the $5,$5,$5 deal and most were undercooked and the meat lovers was super dry. I called to let the manager know that 3 out of 4 pizzas weren't cooked and was told I was wrong there all cooked in the same oven so what do you want me to do? After his comments and the fact I couldn't understand him I said I won't buy there anymore and hung up
