  When all was said and done my salesmen  Lee and his team at Murray Chrysler got me into the exact vehicle I wanted to buy and I drove away with no negative equity from my previously car loan being carried over to my new loan. I got the trade in value I thought I deserved for my Ford  Edge and paid the price I thought was fair on the new Jeep. I don't think it gets any better than that!!

  Thank you so much for the great time! We felt absolutely comfortable throughout the whole experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful. A special thank you goes to Darin, as he worked with us from A to Z trying to find what is best for US. And yes I mean US. Not once did we have the feeling that he tried to push us in to any direction. He always made sure that everything is going in a way that would help us and work for our family long term.

  I dealt with Connie, Spencer, and Tony. The atmosphere at the dealership is great. We have three small children, the sales team went above and beyond to make sure we all enjoyed the experience. They were great to deal with, fair on price, there was minimal sales pressure. The trade in process was pain free I got the value out of my vehicles that I felt was fair for me. When signing paper work as always be sure to read carefully and pay attention to the details it may save you money in the end. I hope to buy more vehicles from this dealer in the future.

  Dealership after dealership offered me a ridiculously low trade in value on my current vehicle (2015 Ford Edge) and also refused to drop the price of the new Jeep I wanted to buy in order to fit within the budget of my loan. They all tried to pressure me into buying a lesser vehicle and told me it was "absolutely impossible" for me to get a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the amount of money I had to work with.

  I had an approval thru my bank for a car loan which was for x amount of dollars. I took this approval to many of Calgary's Dodge dealerships in search of a Specific Jeep Grand Cherokee.

  We appreciated Donna discussing extended warranty details and protection plans for our northern climate. She was even able to get us a lower rate than originally offered. Brandy did an outstanding job detailing our truck, it looked amazing when we picked it up and she was complimenting her coworkers for their great work, too.

  All in all the sales experience was second to none. The service side left a bad taste in my mouth and ended up costing me money in the time I lost. Had it been fixed the first time I would not have missed time and all would've been good.

  The Salesman Lee, Sales Manager Spencer, and Finance Manager Tony  worked together like a well oiled machine, never once pressured me into a vehicle I didn't want and within a few hours had me into exact Jeep I came in looking to buy. On top of that they offered me thousands of dollars more for my trade in than any other dealership was willing to offer in order to make the deal work.

  I am a strong advocate that the service you receive after the sale is what separates the good dealers from the bad. The front end of this service department is fantastic Melissa will help anyway she can she's friendly and welcoming. That being said I'm not sure the tech side or maybe it's the management side has time or motivation to properly diagnose issues with vehicles. I had my current truck into this dealer for service, unfortunately the issues I had my truck in for were not properly taken care of in my opinion, my truck ended up in another dealership the next week to be fixed again causing me to miss a day and a half of work. It may have been an oversight on the service departments side, although they said they did their due diligence to fix it to the best of their ability. The dealership that did fix it found problems that were visually diagnosed. Unfortunately that causes me to draw the conclusion something was missed or not completed properly.
